Mixed-age classes for children birth to 5 years old. During each live/interactive class, your favorite teachers from Music Together of Oak Brook will lead activities for you and your whole family to sing, play, and jam along to. Our research based curriculum is designed for children 0-5 and fun for whole family!

The cornerstone of the Music Together® program is our Mixed-Age music class, for children from birth through age 5—and the grownups who love them! Classes are active music-making experiences, designed to teach the way children learn: through play with the grownups they love. Gathering babies, toddlers, and preschoolers together makes each class fun for all. There are lots of group activities for kids out there, but Music Together offers a true family music class for the youngest infant to the oldest great-grandparent, and everyone in between. Imagine an extended family with a dozen or more kids and a bunch of caring adults, and you'll get the idea!

Each week, a trained Music Together teacher leads the class in singing, dancing, and playing songs that range from tender lullabies to boisterous jams using child-friendly percussion instruments. Our award-winning music, illustrated songbook, and other print and online resources will help you continue the music-making fun at home and nurture your child's musical growth—even if you don't think of yourself as a great singer or dancer. Like parenting, making music requires no previous experience or expertise, just a willingness to get down on the floor and get silly with your child!

Join us for the Tambourine Song Collection this Spring!

You'll learn twenty-five Music Together songs and activities you can recreate at home, including our first French-Canadian folk song, "V'là l'bon vent." Your children will experience the contrast between galloping, slowing, sleeping, then jumping up with delight to gallop again in "See the Pony Galloping." In addition to your weekly classes, your tuition includes recordings and materials for you to use at home, including an illustrated songbook and access to the songs through the Music Together app.

Holiday Hits & Berry

Celebrate the season with our 3-week Holiday and Music Together Favorites mini session. Get in the holiday spirit by singing festive songs and moving to the beat with your child! Jingle all the way to your weekly class that features a mix of Music Together favorites and joyous songs from around the world. Each family will receive the “Berry Collection” of Music Together hits. Mixed-Age music class, for children from birth through age 5—and the grownups who love them! Classes are active music-making experiences, designed to teach the way children learn: through play with the grownups they love. Gathering babies, toddlers, and preschoolers together makes each class fun for all. Siblings over 5 years and under 6 months can participate for free with a paid sibling at all locations except the EPD.
